CAMPERWORLD RV CAMPGROUNDS POLICY GUIDE

Enrollees, Members, Public and Guests

CamperWorld (“CW”) is a system of multiple RV Campgrounds (Parks & Resorts) in Utah with private affiliations
throughout the Country. Our Guests comprise of Members and Enrollees and the Public. These policies assist in
providing the highest quality of service for our Guests. We are proud and excited to have you enjoy our
CamperWorld RV Campgrounds!
USER DEFINITIONS:
Enrollee- Enrolled in Discount Program (Note- only a limited number available)
Member- Purchased of a Membership (Note- only a limited number available)
Public- Public User
Guest/Invitee- A person invited as a guest of Member, Enrollee or Public
Fellow Camper- A Member, Enrollee, Public, Guest or Invitee
REGISTRATION: Fellow Campers must register and provide their active legal form of picture I.D. to the Park
Manager upon entry and prior to occupying any camp space regardless of their duration of stay. Tags (or other
method) will be provided for Fellow Campers to display in their vehicle windshield and will not be allowed any use
of the park without their legal form of I.D. Fellow Campers arriving with an RV at the park after 9:00 p.m. during
the peak season (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend) will not be allowed to check in or set up
camp (without prior arrangements). Fellow Campers arriving after check in time may be allowed to dry camp in an
area designated by the park Manager or return the next morning. The park has a maximum number of campsites
with hookups that are available on a reservation basis. There are beautiful no hookup campsites with access to
dump stations and the other park facilities that can be used when available, in the event that the park is full. Any
guest, including day use only or temporary visits, must register with the Manager. An entrance or day use fee may
apply.

RESERVATIONS/USE: Enrollees and Members in good standing (no outstanding fees, assessments, fines or
delinquent contract/subscription payments) and Public may make reservations in advance. Enrollees and the
Public may make reservations up to one year in advance. Members may make reservations up to six months in
advance. Members may reserve up to five nights for each reservation. Enrollees may have up to three
reservations on the books at any one time. Enrollees may reserve up to seven nights for each reservation.
Enrollees may have a maximum of two reservations at the same park back-to-back. Enrollees can have up to two
reservations in a Resort during a given month. Members are allowed two or three reservations on the books at a
given time depending on the term of each members individual contract. Member reservations for more than five
days but less than eleven consecutive days requires two allotted reservations. Member reservations for more than
ten days of consecutive use requires three allotted reservations. A current stay at the Resort counts for one of the
allotted reservations for Members. The intent is not to have anyone live long term or full time in the Membership
or Enrollment Program(s). Members may stay for additional nights after allotted reservations at the discretion of
CamperWorld and will be charged the public rate at that time. Unless otherwise exempted by CamperWorld,
Member and Enrollees may stay within any of the resorts on a site for no more than fourteen consecutive days in
a fourteen day period and may stay in one given Resort for no more than fourteen days per month.
CANCELLATION, NO SHOWS: Failure to check in and occupy a reserved RV Park Site by 9:00 PM on the first
day of the Reservation without prior arrangements with CAMPERWORLD may result in cancellation of the
Reservation and a No-Show Fee will be assessed.

 Enrollees- May cancel 4 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. If you cancel within 3 days prior to your
arrival date you will be charged a 1-night booking fee at the rate that would be charged to the public. If you do not
show, you will be charged 100% of the rate that would be charged to the public for the time reserved, and the total
number of nights will be deducted from the threshold.
 Members- May cancel 8 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. If you cancel within 7 days prior to your
arrival date, you will be charged 50% of the rate that would normally be charged to the public for the time
reserved. If you do not show, you will be charged 100% of the rate that would be charged to the public for the time
reserved.

 Public- Deposits (same as 1st night’s reservation fee) are refundable minus a $5 cancellation fee if
reservation is canceled at least 8 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Deposits larger than $35 will be
charged 5% of the total amount or $5 whichever is greater). If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, you
forfeit the deposit amount. No shows will be charged full rental charges for time reserved unless otherwise
agreed to by CamperWorld.

 Guests- Enrollees and Members are welcome to invite friends and family to the Resorts with a
reservation. They are allowed to use the CamperWorld resort facilities and will be classified as a Guest. Enrollees
and Members must pay for their Guests at the time of booking a reservation and charged a fee in accordance with
the current guest policy and rates at the time. Enrollees and Members are financially responsible for no shows
and cancellation of their Guests and are handled in the same manner as Enrollees and Members respectively. All
guests must register with the Manager. Guests are allowed to bring pets to the park in accordance with pet
policies. Park Managers are required to enforce Guest policies and the safety of our Fellow Campers.
Day Use: A limited number of Guests are allowed to use the facilities for the day only or for temporary visits. Day
users must register with the Park Manager. An entrance or day use fee will apply, currently $5.00/day/person.
This fee is the responsibility of the Enrollee or Members. An additional fee may apply for extra vehicles at the
discretion of the Manager. Day users must vacate the Resort by 10:00 p.m. Unless otherwise approved, day use
Guests may not bring pets.

UNOCCUPIED SITE: If any Enrollee or Member has reserved or checked into a site and that site is left vacant
overnight without prior arrangements with CamperWorld, the remainder of the reservation may be cancelled by
CamperWorld without notice. The Enrollee or Member may be charged the nightly public rate for the duration of
the reservation.

CAMPSITE USE: A maximum of ten people will be allowed overnight on a single campsite at any given time.
Each campsite is intended for one camping unit, which is defined as one of the following: 1- one motorhome, one
van or one camper. This may include one tent and one passenger vehicle; 2- one travel trailer or one tent trailer,
or one fifth wheel, each with a tow vehicle along may include one tent; 3- two tents with one passenger car or
truck. Placement of tents may be at the park Managers’ discretion. Tents may not exceed a size larger than one
hundred and forty-four square feet and must be moved every third day. Mats or carpets are not allowed on grass
area. The duration of time per visit that may be spent at any one site may not exceed seven days at the Resorts
Managers discretion. RVs and tents must not be left unattended overnight and must be occupied by the Enrollee
or Member. Overnight stays must be in a designated RV or tent site unless otherwise approved by CamperWorld.
USE/EXCESSIVE USE: CamperWorld is for the recreational purposes and enjoyment of all our Fellow Campers
and not intended to provide any part or full-time residence without prior approval. At CamperWorld’s discretion,
excessive use will be viewed as any Members’ inordinate use of the facilities and amenities. Currently, any use of
over 25 days per year by any Member will be reviewed on a case by case basis as additional fees may apply at
the discretion of CamperWorld. Notwithstanding the forgoing, Enrollees may camp as their program allows for:
Extreme Camper up to 45 days; Premier Camper up to 35 days; Weekend Warrior up to 20 days. At any point an
Enrollee uses his or her allotted days they may camp more days with the benefits of the Affiliate Dream / Hold
Enrollee benefit of 35% off the public rate.

RVS: Only well-kept RV’s are allowed in the RV Campgrounds. All units must have sleeping facilities, window
coverings and approved electrical, water & sewer hookups. CamperWorld does not allow sleeping in cars nor will
we accept converted school buses or dead storage trailers. Truck campers are not to be removed from
vehicles. CamperWorld reserves the right to refuse admission of RV’s not meeting park standards. Enrollees
and Members agree to adhere to these standards.

PETS: There is a limit of two (2) pets per campsite for no additional charge. If there are more than two (2) pets
per campsite, a fee of $5/night per additional pet will be charged. No pets of any kind are permitted in or near any
CamperWorld lodge, playground, swimming pool, hot tub, restroom facility or public grass areas. Pets are not
allowed in any cabin unit or surrounding area. Service animals are exempt. Pet owners must clean up after their
pet(s). Pooper-scoopers or suitable substitutes are mandatory. Washing of pets in laundry facilities or restrooms
is strictly prohibited. Any person can walk a pet as long as they can keep them under control. All pets must be
confined in the RV or under the control of the Member (pet owner) at all times. MANDATORY leash law- the pet
must be on a leash of seven (7) feet or less while outdoors at all times. Only approved (screw into the ground) tie
down stakes with chains are allowed. CamperWorld property (electrical pedestals, trees, water pedestals, picnic
tables, etc.) must not be used to tie down pets. Tie down chains must not exceed seven (7) feet in length. The
use of pet pens no greater than 4’ x 4’ (16 square feet is permitted limited to one (1) pen per campsite. Placement
and movement of the pens will be at the discretion of the park personnel. Pets cannot be left unattended while in
the pet pen. Pet owner must be present and in control of the pet at all times. No pet may be left unattended while
confined in a kennel/pet pen, on a leash, or tied down outside an RV/ Tent. In other words, pet owners may not
leave their pet outside the RV/Tent when they are in the RV/Tent or when they leave the campsite. Habitual
barking or annoying behaviors of pets toward other Fellow Campers will not be allowed. Although Fellow
Campers are not required to have a copy of their pet’s health history and up-to-date vaccination record in their
possession at the campground, we encourage you to have these available if possible. If a pet bites or injures
others in any way, the pet owner will be required to remove the pet from the park immediately. THE PET WILL BE
PERMANENTLY BANNED FROM ALL CAMPERWORLD PARKS. All dog bites will be reported to the authorities
– no exceptions. Upon issuance of the fourth non-biting offense, Member will lose the privilege of having a pet in
any of the CamperWorld parks.

SWIMMING POOL: Pool will be open at the discretion of the Manager. Children under fourteen years of age must
be accompanied by an adult age eighteen or older while inside the pool area. Do not send children ahead to the
pool area to wait for you. Parents must make arrangement for and know who is watching their children. Please do
not ask strangers to watch them. Only you, and no one else, are responsible for your children. Children under the
age of fourteen left unattended at the pool will lose swimming pool area privileges for the remainder of stay.
Children three and under and those not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper and plastic pants. Please use
restroom prior to entering pool and report any incident to the Manager. All children under age five are required to
wear a coast guard approved life jacket when they are in the pool areas. Everyone is required to shower with
soap prior to entering the water. This includes showering off all lotions, oils, and creams each time they are used
prior to entering the pool. Only small pool toys may be used in the pool. Large plastic or rubber rafts, floats and
boats are prohibited. Inner tubes are not allowed in the pool. Please do not take Styrofoam products into the pool,
as they tend to shed and clog the filtering system. No foreign objects not designed for pool use are to be allowed
in the pool. Pets, skateboards, bicycles and glassware of any kind are not allowed inside pool area. No person
may enter the pool in street clothing or cut offs. All persons using the pool require sensible conduct. Please be
considerate of others. Keep radio volume to a moderated level. Anyone with an infectious or communicable
disease should not use the pool. Pool may be open to adult only hours at the discretion of the Manager. Anyone
found or reported to be disobeying pool rules will be evicted from the pool at the discretion of the Manager. All
persons entering the pool do so at their own risk. THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.
PARK MANAGER HOME: The homes of the CamperWorld Managers are for their private use only. Please do
not ask to use their personal items.

STORAGE PASS: Storage space is limited so please contact the Manager or office for information. Fellow
Campers are required to provide to CamperWorld proof of physical damage insurance on their RV or ATV (item
being stored) and sign a Release of Liability Waiver when purchasing a storage pass. Use of a CamperWorld
storage area is at your own risk. All vehicles parked in storage must display a valid parking pass for that date and
location. Non-complying vehicles or equipment may be towed at owners’ expense or impounded by
CamperWorld.

LIABILITY: CamperWorld is not responsible or liable for any damage, loss or theft which may occur to property in
the storage area or parked anywhere on CamperWorld property.
VEHICLES: Fellow Campers may bring ATVs, motorcycles, snowmobiles, etc. to the parks. Riding ATVs and
other motorized vehicles, including children’s battery powered vehicles, inside the park is limited to entering and
exiting the park only. Speed limit in the park is 5 miles per hour. Courtesy and safety of other Fellow Campers is
paramount. Fellow Campers are required to park according to park Managers’ instructions. Do not allow your
vehicles to protrude into the roadway. Extra vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only with a fee,
currently $5.00/day.

PARKING: No person shall park a vehicle in such a way that it; Prevents another person’s vehicle from being
safely moved; blocks any firefighting apparatus or equipment; blocks a road nor prevents the safe use of a road;
is parked on lawn, shrubs, or flower beds. Parking at CamperWorld is restricted to Fellow Campers present at the
resort, except as provided elsewhere in these rules.

CAMPFIRES/NOISE: Quiet time hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please be courteous and always avoid
excessive noise. All campfires must be confined to fire pits provided. Glass and other foreign material are not
permitted in fire pits. Dutch ovens and portable fire pits with screen cover may be used on gravel only. No
scrounging for fire wood with in the park or an adjacent property to the park.

GENERAL PROVISIONS: RVs must not be left unattended overnight. No person shall use an RV park site not
assigned to them. Fires shall be built only in fire pits provided or in approved enclosed portable fireplaces and
completely extinguished before leaving. Use of firearms and fireworks are not allowed in the park. Doing laundry
or washing, and unattended children in restroom are not allowed. Please limit shower time to 5 minutes. Parents
will be responsible for their children in this regard. Fellow Campers may not use the Resort for commercial
purposes. No live trees shall be damaged. Smoking and alcohol consumption allowed on designated site only. All
merchandise sold or displayed at the park must be approved by Manager. Member is financially responsible for
any vandalism or damage by themselves or Guests. Please pick up after yourself. No littering or disorderly
conduct of any kind will be tolerated. Washing of vehicles in the park is not allowed. Park Managers will do their
best to maintain our parks and lawn areas. Fellow Campers agree to assist them in their efforts by moving their
items covering areas that need watering, cutting or care. Adults must take responsibility for their children. For
safety reasons, children under age ten must be accompanied to the restroom, playground and other areas by a
responsible adult. Common courtesy should always be practiced.

ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTIES: The penalty for violation of any rule or regulation shall be subject to fine or
assessment. Park Managers are authorized to issue warnings or citations with penalties or fines. Violations of any
kind may result in a fine that will vary in severity (from $50.00 on up), eviction from the park, or elimination of
Membership or Enrollment at the discretion of CamperWorld. These policies are for the protection and enjoyment
of us all. A list of infractions are included, but not limited to: unauthorized use of I.D.; entering park prior to check
in; any damage; more than 8 people per site; unattended RV overnight (unless pre-approved by CamperWorld, or
in the event of a bona-fide emergency). children allowed to walk dog if they cannot keep control; not cleaning up
after pet, pet not on leash; unattended pet; annoying pet behavior; more than two pets (without permission); pet
bite or threatening/dangerous behavior; child under age of fourteen left unattended at the pool; littering or
vandalism; unattended children in park; quiet time violation. Each Fellow Camper is responsible for the financial
costs and repairs for ANY damage at the Resorts caused directly or indirectly by them. The RV owner is
responsible for any damage incurred if CamperWorld removes an RV, which is in violation of resort policy. Any
vehicle on an RV site must display a valid parking pass for that date and RV site. Non-complying vehicles may be
towed at owner’s expense. Unauthorized use or abuse by Fellow Campers may result in fines, penalties or loss of
privileges. Refer to fine list for detailed descriptions.

DISCOUNTS/FEES: Any applicable discount (Friends and Family, Good Sam, Milit
amended on occasion. In the event of changes, Enrollees and Members will be notified by e-mail of the changes.
Policies and Procedures will be provided at all times at CamperWorld RV Resorts, or their website and
reservation system. Enrollees, Members and their Guests have a personal responsibility to understand and
adhere to the policies as stated and any future amendments.

FINES: Fellow Campers are responsible for all damages, fees, fines and penalties. Specifically, and without
limiting the generality of the foregoing, a Fellow Camper is responsible for any damage caused by and any fees,
fines or other penalties imposed on that the Fellow Camper and their guests, as a result of such persons Resort
usage or Resort rule violation. If suspension of Resort usage is part of any penalty imposed on such person(s),
the suspension may also extend to the Enrollee or Member. Fines or fees must be paid within 30 days of notice.
CamperWorld may take fines or fees out of the credit card on the registration. Any fines not paid may be taken to
collection, which would include any costs associated with the collection process. A listing of minimum penalties
and fines include and not limited to the following:

Any violation with no specified penalty- $50.00
Fines according to offense (minimum fine)- $50.00
Late checkout:
Up to 4 hours (unless prior arrangement are made)-$50.00
Each additional day- $50.00
1st violation any rule or regulation- $50.00
2nd violation- $100.00
Parking infraction- $50.00
Over limit fee per person- $50.00
Cost to repair any damage plus- $100.00
Unattended site- $50.00
Stocked fishing pond infraction- $50.00
